Arrival
We will arrange to collect your vehicle on a recovery truck if necessary, or one of our drivers will meet you at home or work.
When your car arrives at our workshop the details will be logged onto the computer which immediately triggers the quality repair process.
If you are taking a courtesy car a few details will be explained and you will be given a demonstration of the controls.
Assessment
Our qualified Vehicle Damage Assessors will inspect your vehicle to assess the extent of the damage and forward the estimate to you or transmit it electronically direct to your insurance company. Once we have approval to continue, we will determine a schedule for repairs to ensure the car is returned to you in the shortest possible time.
Dismantle
Here the necessary components will be removed to facilitate repairs. Further assessment is done to ensure the original estimate is accurate or to identify any further parts or procedures required to return the car to its original condition. This may require further information being sent for insurance company approval. All reusable parts are safely stored and labelled so that they are identifiable to your vehicle.
