Paint Shop
In the paint preparation process both repaired and renewed panels are sanded and primed to ensure the paint will have solid adhesion.
Areas not to be painted are masked off. Paint is mixed to the manufacturers formulation and tinted to ensure a good colour match. Several coats of colour ( Base coat ) and clear lacquer ( Top coat ) are then applied.
The paint we use is waterbased ensuring environmental compliancy and the car is sprayed within a sealed booth fed with filtered air.
It is then baked to cure the paint and ensure a durable finish.
